H.I.T. Program 2021-22

The H.I.T. Program 2021-22 starts on 26 October 2021 with a Kick-off event organized at the University of Lucerne. The agenda is structured around training modules, individual coaching and leadership shadowing (pilot) and professional networking.

Twenty-five women full and associate professors from all Swiss universities were selected to participate in this program edition. Throughout the program, they have the opportunity to meet top leaders from Swiss universities, federal agencies and other academic bodies responsible for higher education and research policies, and exchange about the current challenges and opportunities in higher education.

Several workshops led by internationally well-known leadership experts are held in Lucerne, Neuchâtel and Bern, as well as online. In addition, several program Alumnae join the participants on several occasions and share from their own leadership experiences and career stories.
