H.I.T. Program 2024

The 2024 edition consists of 5-day sessions organized in Geneva, Bern, Lausanne and Zurich and an online session. In addition, as part of the Personalized Leadership Development component of the program, participants will benefit from:

• Leadership Coaching: two individual coaching sessions with professional coaches
• Leadership Shadowing: one-on-one exchange with top leaders from Swiss academia (1/2-day)

25 places are available for female full or associate professors from cantonal and federal Swiss universities, who are interested in academic leadership positions at faculty- and/or university management levels. Due to limited places, a selection process will take place. The participants are selected by a selection committee with members from all partner universities.

The participation fee of 2’000 CHF covers all program activities, including hotel accommodations for the events organized in Geneva and Lausanne.
