Around twenty places are available for female full or associate professors from cantonal and federal Swiss universities.
The H.I.T. Program 2024 consists of 5-day sessions organized in Geneva, Bern, Lausanne and Zurich and an online session. As part of the Personalized Leadership Development component of the program, participants will benefit from individual coaching sessions with professional coaches. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to exchange with top leaders from Swiss academia.
Around twenty places are available for female full or associate professors from cantonal and federal Swiss universities, who are interested in academic leadership positions at faculty- and/or university management levels. Due to limited places, a selection process will take place. The participants, selected by a selection committee with members from all partner universities, will be notified before 30 November 2023.
