The team at the Competence Center for Diversity and Inclusion of the University of St.Gallen has developed a male allyship training exactly for this purpose!
In this hybrid training, they provide men with the knowledge and skills to foster a more inclusive corporate culture, to identify subtle forms of bias that are harmful for people of all genders, to reflect on privilege(s) to better gauge when to be an active bystander (or not), and to practice allyship strategies.
This training is suitable for all men who aim to learn about and support gender equity at work. Thanks to UZH’s Office for Gender Equality and Diversity, UZH faculty, staff, students, and alumni receive a 50% discount.Prof. Dr. Jamie Gloor, a leading expert in the field, will guide you on your journey to allyship (funded by—and offered at a reduced rate—thanks to research sponsored by the Swiss National Science Foundation).
Join the blended learning approach of self-paced online content and a day on-site in Zurich (January 11th). This event is in English. But get in touch for more info about a customized workshop or an offering in German.
