04.02.2020H.I.T. Program Training

As part of the H.I.T. Program training, from October 2019 to February 2020 we have organized three workshops in Bern, Lugano and Lausanne:

1. Power and Politics: Research and Science Politics in Switzerland and Europe (Workshop 1)
2. Leadership Identity and Personal Influence (Workshop 2)
3. Core Leadership Skills in Academia (Workshop 3)

In addition, in collaboration with the Equal Opportunity offices from the Università della Svizzera italiana, EPFL and University of Lausanne, we organized satellite events in Lugano and Lausanne.  
Many thanks to the distinguished guests, female academic leaders from Swiss universities, for sharing their knowledge and experiences with us.
